  2. Job Opportunities: This sheik clothing line is a multi-million dollar corporation with plenty of opportunities for different positions working with some of the latest fashions. Clothes, shoes, and hot accessories are what you can find at this fabulous store. In this presentation you will look at some of the opportunities for employment such as the modeling, Impact Team and the MIT Program.

  3. Impact Team: As an impact team member, you will maintain merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards, in both the store and the stockroom. Modeling also represents the beauty and style of the clothing sold from store to store.   5. MIT (Manager In Training): Have you ever thought of yourself as a good leader? Do you work well in management positions? If so, then a Manager In Training position would be the perfect opportunity for you at Abercrombie & Fitch. The MIT Program is a ten week long program, where you will learn all the management aspects of running a multi-million dollar business for Abercrombie & Fitch. Training takes place at store locations. Each week, you will focus on a different aspect of running the business. The program will train you in creating the best in-store experience, recruiting, diversity, human resources, store operations, and visual merchandising. MIT completes daily readings and exercises, experiences and learns through on-the-job training, and completes weekly assessments. Once you successfully complete the training program, you are moved into an assistant manager role.
