THE TEN COMMANDMENTS: God comes first Only worship God Don’t disrespect God Have a day off each week to rest and worship Respect your parents Don’t murder people Only have sex with your husband/wife Don’t take what isn’t yours Don’t lie about people or falsely accuse them Be content with what you have without jealousy

  3. THE TEN COMMANDMENTS: … were spoken by the audible voice of God … were carved onto two stone tablets by the hand of God

  10. THE TEN COMMANDMENTS: … are not a way to earn salvation … were kept completely by Jesus – and his righteousness can now be given to us

  11. THE TEN COMMANDMENTS: … are now ours to keep … ... by the power of the Holy Spirit … … as a response of love and gratitude to God our saviour.
