Wat is de Ad? • Graad naast Bachelor en Master:- Associate degree- Bachelor- Master- (promoveren – bij universiteiten) • Arbeidsmarktrelevant • 120 ECTS = 2 jaren studie • Na Ad in twee jaar Bachelor te behalen, dus twee routes naar de Bachelor:- Ad (2) + Aanvullend (2)- Ongedeeld traject (4) 6 juni 2011

  3. Ontstaansgeschiedenis Ad • Verlies kort HBO • Behoefte werkgevers en Kamer • Nederland: Kennisland • Aarzeling HBO-raad (status e.d.) 6 juni 2011

Stand van zaken (1) • Ca 135 pilots gestart vanaf 2006 • Aantal deelnemers is nog beperkt (nominaal van het totaal – wel 10% van de studenten in een opleiding met een Ad) • Ad wordt verder ingevoerd, alleen besluit over de exacte positie (wel hbo, gekoppeld aan Bachelor, enz.) nog onduidelijk (voorzet in Strategische Agenda HO – eind juni) 6 juni 2011

Stand van zaken (2) • Verder wordt gekeken naar:- macro-doelmatigheid (waar / hoe / wie)- rol van het MBO (verder versterken)- rol van het bedrijfsleven (relevantie)- onderscheid Ad en bedrijfsopleidingen • In ieder geval:- Ad is een stap binnen de beroepskolom- Werkenden en MBO’ers - Economische versterking van regio’s- Kwalitatief geborgd door de ‘stakeholders’ 6 juni 2011
