Background Information • I have known my uncle for 5 years now and I think of him as a great man. • He takes care of his family of 2 kids and he is always a happy man. • Every time I come over to his house, he greets me with a cheery mood. • He is the type to bring up someone’s mood and tell a few jokes. • He is in his 40s and he came from England.

  3. Health ways • He rides on a bike to work everyday: It takes over 20mins to travel on a bike. • He eats healthy vegetables and fruits daily • He keeps himself fit and strong • He takes care of his family • He is frequently in a happy mood

  4. Why? • Graham is my health hero because I look up to him. He seems like the perfect man. • He is so nice to me and I dream to be a guy like him.
