General Information for MPOL-MC504 Coupling Agents is reactive multi-functional monomer which are composed of organic functional group bonding organic materials and inorganic functional group reacting with inorganic materials in molecule. They take advantage of reforming organic and inorganic complex, namely improvement of mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and water resistance by carrying out combination each other in organic and inorganic materials. 2. Applications A) Improvement of mechanical properties for artificial marble B) Improvement of bonding strength for glass fiber and unsaturated polyester(UP) C) Improvement of adehesion for paint and inorganic materials D) Antistatic agent for textiles E) Anticorrosion effect for metal

  4. 5. Mpol-MC504 • It is water-soluble organic and inorganic complex compounds which is composed of mono or • multi functional acryl monomer and phosphorous compound. Dissolving in water without using • surfactants or solvents. It’s mission is to increase coherence between organic materials and • inorganic materials, incombustibility and abrasion resistance, as it is treated in reinforced glass • fiber or fabric, organic and inorganic complex, as well as is simple of process. It is widely used • for water-soluble paint, polyurethane, reinforced glass fiber etc. • Characteristics of products • Multi functional complex compounds composed of organic materials and inorganic materials • Increasing coherence of water-soluble resins and inorganic fillers • Increasing adhesion of water-soluble paint and ink etc. • Not using solvent(water-soluble) • Improving abrasion resistance and chemical resistance • Increasing dispersibility in inorganic materials, pigment, marble chip etc. • Increasing incombustibility
