  20. RE-APPRAISAL: CONVERTING “THREAT” INTO “CHALLENGE” • Pratik, 24 years old, B. Therapist’s suggestion for cognitive reappraisal: “You, being a clever student, will take this up as a healthy challenge rather than doubting your own efficiency.” Today, Pratik is a very popular teacher for C.A.
