The deSolve( ) command in the TI-89 can be used to solve differential equations symbolically. From the Home screen, you can call this command by pressing [F3] for the Calc menu and selecting C:deSolve(.. There are three required arguments for the deSolve( ) command: Equation: the differential equation to be solved (you can also include the initial condition for a particular solution).
