The Big Sing: A Musical Collaboration Between Puy-de-Dôme and Middlesbrough Students

On March 22, 2012, an exciting event called The Big Sing took place, bringing together 2400 pupils from Puy-de-Dôme, France, and Middlesbrough, England. Students joyfully sang four French songs and four English songs simultaneously, creating a vibrant atmosphere of cultural exchange. Whether indoors or outdoors, the event highlighted the power of music to unite young voices across borders. It was a celebration of language, friendship, and the joy of singing together.
