  2. Yes you can apply online for driving license in India. You to make an e-payment after which you will get an appointment in the nearest zonal office where you have to present yourself with the original supporting documents of address and age proof. Then you will under a screening for learners license after it is delivered this process will repeat for permanent license. However I don’t recommend you to apply online because in our country it is better to do government related work manually. • Application for Services on Driving License: • Enter DL Number and Date of Birth in the respective fields and click on ‘Go’. • On clicking ‘Go’, the website will automatically fill the ‘Last Endorsed Details’. • In the ‘Submit Request to’ section, you have to select the state and RTO from the dropdown menus of the ‘Apply to State’ and ‘RTO’ sections. • Click on ‘Proceed’ to go to the next step
