  1. SC19 report to SC18 June 2014 SC 19 covers Perforating, Packers & Bridge Plugs, Subsurface Flow Control, Sand Screen, Gas Lift, Barrier Valves, Completion accessories, Liner Hangers. We have 23 standards in revision or newly created and one SR3 to submit • 11D1 – Packers and Bridge Plugs – first ballot in Q3, 2014 – to publish in Q4 • 14A – Subsurface Safety Valve – second ballot closes July 10th – to publish in Q4 • 14B – SSSV installation – draft almost complete, will follow 14A for alignment • 19S – Sand Screens – adopt-back of ISO 17824 – initial ballot in Q3 2015 • 19L – Liner Hangers – in process – potential publication in 2015 • 19A – Completion Accessories – adopt-back of ISO 14998 – initial ballot in Q2 2015 • 19B – Peforators – Revising by section - • 19B1 – Evaluation in Concrete Targets – Ready for ballot • 19B2 – Evaluation under stress – Released • 19B3 – Evaluation at temperature – In Process • 19B4 – Evaluation of Flow Performance – Revision complete • 19B5 – Debris Evaluation – Draft complete • 19B6 Gun Swell – Ready to publish • RP67 – Explosive Safety – revising entire document (just beginning, divided in 11 Task Groups)

SC19 report to SC18 June 2014 SC 19 covers Perforating, Packers & Bridge Plugs, Subsurface Flow Control, Sand Screen, Gas Lift, Barrier Valves, Completion accessories, Liner Hangers. • 19TT1 –Downhole Well Test Tools – 95% complete – ballot in Q3 2014 • Gas Lift Handbook – just beginning – replaces several RPs – hope to publish in 2016 • 19G1 – Side-pocket mandrels – SR3 was approved, TG assessing scope • 19G2 – Flow control devices – in Work Group test ballot prior to ballot • 19G5 – Operations & Maintenance of GL - SR3 was approved, work progressing • 19G6 – Design of installations using IPO valves – 97% complete – initial ballot Q3 2014 • 19G10 - Design and Operation of Intermittent Gas-lift – Review 90% complete, ballot by Q4 2014 • 19G11 – Dynamic Simulation of Gas-Lift Wells and Systems –failed ballot, resolving comments • 19G12 – Gas-lift Automation – 30% Complete • SC approved SR3 for Open Hole Packers to be presented to CSOEM for approval.
