Indoor Air Quality • As in consequence of this continuous exposure, indoor air pollution is estimated to be responsible for the death of more than 1.6 million people every year in the world. • Respiratory diseases and cancers resulting from exposure to Particulate Matter (PM)are extremely common, and it is the very young and the elderly who suffer the greatest.
