  1. July 2011 Citibank Travel Card Program Update

Citibank Travel Card Status • Merchant Category Codes (MCC) • MCC templates have received approval by the State Comptroller’s Office • Central Liability Billed Accounts (CLIBA) • Auto-enroll file upload will be submitted to Citibank by Monday, July 25th • CLIBA cards should be received by DTS within7 to 10 business days. DTS will review for accuracy. • Distribution of CLIBA cards and Citibank Online Training is scheduled for the week of August 22-26. • Register with Human Resources Training & Development • Course Number AM 559 • Classes at both 1604 and Downtown campuses

  3. Citibank Online Access • Cardholders will have access to: • CitiManager and Global Card Management System (GCMS) • System currently requires two user names, however, Citibank is working on a single sign-on process. GCMS Citimanager

  4. GCMS • View account summary • Advanced searches • Transaction amounts • Merchant Name

  5. CitiManager View transactions and download statements at CitiManager

  6. Common Errors on CLIBA Application • Missing or incorrect signature for account administrator • Missing or incorrect supervisor signature • Incomplete Application • No default account number • Invalid account numbers • Non-existent • Not a travel subaccount Note: Travel cards have been ordered for all applications received to date to prevent any delays. If your application requires corrections, DTS will contact you and request the application be corrected before the travel card is released.

  7. JPM Transition/Payment Deadlines • Fiscal Year End Due Date: • August 22nd • VP2 to pay CBA card balance from August 10th JPMorgan CBA statement are due to DTS by 5:00 p.m. for review and approval • All required supporting documentation must be attached • Must have OPAA approval prior to sending to DTS, if applicable • If CBA card payments are not received by due date, you may not receive your Citibank travel card until the JPM balance is paid.

  8. JPM Transition/Payment Deadlines • Close out JPMorgan CBA Travel Card • VP2s to pay remaining balances not reflected on the August 10th statement are due to DTS by September 15th for review and approval. • CBA cardholders who do not pay in full remaining balances are subject to having their Citibank travel card deactivated. • Appropriate Vice Presidents will be notified of any past due cardholders within their division • JPM will cancel all Central Bill Travel Cards (CBA) and Individual Billed Accounts (IBA) • August 31, 2011
