  4. ODL = formal and informal organizational actions that promote org renewal & professional (capacity) development: RENEWEDleadership, thinking, org mission, innovation, networking, strategy, future

  5. ODLs In Action • Rejuvenating clients • Developing new markets & products/services • Developing employees • Forming competitive partnerships

  6. ODLs must help the org break out of the comfort zone status quo & take on renewal strategies via invigorating new challenges that deliver the 4 I AMs. This can be formal (the entire org) or informal via a virtual team.
