  4. Cowgirl chic Cowgirl Chic was beaten to death with a golf club, croquet mallet, and bludgeoned with a knife The perpetrator was inebriated and did not remember the incident The perpetrator got only nine months in jail with a five year probation

  5. Policies for Animal Abuse: 1. Petition 2. Contact your Congress-person or Senator 3. Inform others; word of mouth, flyers, etc. 4. Support a local group for abused animals 5. Encourage others to join you
