  3. F.L.B. Vent. ectopy is identified as “funny looking beats” that are usually in a “fixed-coupled” relationship to a preceding normal complex. They may be single, or recur as “bigeminal VPCs.

  4. During sinus rhythm, the “fixed-coupled” relationship of the VPCs (A) might be coincidental, but during atrial fibrillation (B) this could not be!
