Comparative Analysis of NRRa and NRRb Expression Levels in Roots and Shoots

This study investigates the relative expression levels of two genes, NRRa and NRRb, in plant roots and shoots under nutrient conditions defined by a modified MS medium supplemented with NPK. The expression ratios of NRRa to NRRb were measured at various nutrient levels, allowing us to assess the influence of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium on gene expression. Results provide insight into the nutrient response mechanisms of these genes, contributing to our understanding of plant adaptation to nutrient variations.
