This research investigates the activity levels of malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in Jurkat cells and fractions of rat heart tissues. The study evaluates the performance of various cells and fractions, revealing quantitative metrics such as MDH activity (%), SOD activity (%) across different samples, including comparative assessments between Jurkat cells and heart tissues. Results presented in Figures S1-S4, and detailed in Table S1, contribute valuable insights into cellular enzymatic functions and potential implications in metabolic studies.
