This concept is not a goal, strategy, or intention, it is an UNDERSTANDING……

  4. Lawrence County AG Quick Stats • Alabama rank in production: • 1st Corn Production • 3rd Soybean Production • 7th Cotton Production • 13th in Total Cattle

  5. Goals for Innovation • Improve College and Career outlooks for our students • Increase industrial development, our students working in our county • Increase student enrollment, our students raising new students in our district

  6. What Innovation Has Done for LC • Alabama High School Diploma with Agriculture Endorsement. • Seat hours waived for Ag based classes. • Flexibility in teacher certification for Ag based courses. • Co-Op Credit hous (SAE) • Experts in field to serve as instructors in classes.
