  2. Note the position of the object pronouns when used with an infinitive. Tu vas m’inviter au concert? Are you going to invite me to the concert? Bien sûr, je vaist’inviter.Of course I’m going to invite you. Tupeuxnous prêter 20 euros? Can you lend us 20 euros? In an infinitive construction, the object pronoun comes immediately BEFORE the infinitive. SUBJECT AND VERB + OBJECT PRONOUN + INFINITIVE Je vaistetéléphoner.
