  3. Polaroid under new mgmt • Polaroid was purchased by a new company, PLR IP Holdings • Previous new owners declared bankruptcy in late 2008 • PLR has drawn up new licensing agreements

  4. New management continued • Gave its licensing rights to the Polaroid name • Promises to bring new products from the Polaroid brand in 2010 • Bringing back capture and print instantly

  5. Lady gaga takes over • Named Chief Creative Officer • Meet on a weekly basis to define what new products will look like • Co-branded products under the Lady Gaga Haus of Gaga name
