Check-In Procedures • Please sign in at the Registration Desk • Proceed to the JHN/HOF Room for your housing assignment • A refundable $10.00 key deposit is required • Linen service is available [$15.00, $5.00 refund upon return] • After you obtain your housing assignment, take your luggage to your room • Please read the sheet given to you at the registration desk for information on today’s activities and schedule From the staff of “the High Potential Blue Chip” camps and the staff of Georgetown College we wish you agreat camp experience this week.

  6. Meal Times (Cralle Student Center Café) (must have your camp ID/Meal Band for entrance) Sunday Supper 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Breakfast 6:45 AM to 8:30 AM Lunch 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM Supper 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM Thursday Breakfast 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

You Must … Keep your KEY with you at all times (a lost key will result in a cost of $10.00 per key – you may get locked out of your room, etc) Keep your ID/Meal Band with you at all times (identifies you as part of the camp and allows you to enter the Café) Please be VERY CAREFUL with your Key and your Camp ID/Meal Band

  12. Lost Keys There is a $10.00 deposit per key You will get this deposit back when you return your key at the time of check out.

  14. PleaseRemember Residence Halls on the Georgetown College campus are not equipped with sprinklers.

  15. Air-Conditioning all rooms are air-conditioned for your convenience – there are two controls 1 – a wall thermostat 2 – a control on the fan unit please adjust to your personal comfort level

  16. PLEASE be respectful of others while on campus We generally have several camps occurring at the same time, as well as summer school classes and graduate classes. Please treat all others with respect, courtesy, kindness and consideration. Thank -You

  17. PLEASE • keep windows shut • AT ALL TIMES • *** • an open window… • - invites wildlife and other unexpected visitors • puts an undue burden on the air-conditioning • - may be a hazard in case of winds, storm or rain

  18. Your Safety & Security while on campus is our primary concern You may help by … being careful as you walk across streets not running staying in the areas designated for your camp not propping doors open/leaving your door unlocked observing all emergency exit information & safety information
