Steps for testing Online NSRS Once ERCOT receives the request for online-NSRS qualification The test is internally coordinated within Operations, IT and Wholesale Account Manager departments On the day of the test ERCOT will assign NSRS responsibly of XX MW for HE 14:00 (just and example) for the Resource requesting qualification Within 30 seconds prior to the start of the test, QSE is to telemeter a NSRS Responsibility of XX MW.  This telemetry signal should occur no earlier than 13:59:30 and no later than 13:59:59. Within 30 seconds prior to the start of the test, QSE is to telemeter a NSRS Schedule of 0 (zero) MW, to show that NSRS is released to SCED.  This telemetry signal should occur no earlier than 13:59:30 and no later than 13:59:59. QSE is to maintain the XX MW of telemetered NSRS Responsibility for the duration of the test hour on the Resource. QSE is to maintain the 0 (zero) MW of telemetered NSRS Schedule for the duration of the test hour on the Resource. Immediately at the conclusion of the test, QSE is to: zero-out that NSRS Responsibility For the purpose of discussion only
