Data Collection Issues • Instructional program codes in student data (Record 1) must match academic data (DPI) • Actual student SSN needed for matching internal, external and survey data • HEGIS, course, and section on enrollment data (Record 2-4) must match course data (Record 0) • Remediation subject HEGIS codes must be accurate (Record 0) • Course CIP’s should be valid and based on CIP2000 • Cost centers from fiscal data (SRA-6) should match course data (Record 0) • Buildings and rooms on facilities data should match course data (Record 0) • Staff SSN on professional staff data (Record 8) should match those reported on course data (Record 0)
