College Priorities • Raising achievement – improving the rate of attainment for groups of learners within the College e.g. gifted and talented students, middle boys, post-16. • Quality of learning and teaching in all key stages. • Quality of assessment and marking through AfL and College Learning Plans. • Quality of monitoring via middle leaders.
1st Year @ Kingsmead • One lead teacher (ICT) • Two training sessions for ‘Innovations Group’ • Voluntary Curriculum Leader training • Drop in sessions after school • Little/no involvement from ICT Support • Trouble selling the benefits • No long term planning/implementation plan • Little/no interest from staff • Over complicated (e.g. Edit button)
