Reminder - important dates • Deadline for submitting questions: 18/02/2013 • Last update of FAQs on the TEN-T EA web site: 23/02/2013 • Deadline for submitting proposals: 28/02/2013 • Deadline for submitting English translations: 12/03/2013 • New Annex III of GfA on translation • Translations should be submitted via TENtec • Updated e-submission user manual on the website • Signature of individual Decisions: By 31 December 2013 at the latest Info Day for the Annual Call 2011 – 31 January 2012

  3. Key points to remember • Ensure that all parts of your application are fully completed (A, B1 and B2 .) All parts must be submitted for a proposal to be complete • Include all requested documents in annex • Consult national environmental authorities early on and provide necessary documents • Have approval of Member States concerned (first contact point = FAC member) • Submitting your proposal in English, or with an English translation, will greatly facilitate and speed up the evaluation process Info Day for the Annual Call 2011 – 31 January 2012
