Sign In • Go to www.mymillcraft.com • Enter User Name: mpg\your last name and first initial, nospaces (use the backward slash above the enter key.) • Enter Password: your Millcraft Account Number • Check Remember my password box so you don’t have to enter info next time. • Click on the OK button

  3. Home Page The top of the page displays the product catalog – this is where you can search for items If you have Customer Specific Stock, those items will display first If you have favorites setup that will display next Immediately following is the Online Stock Guide. This functions just like a price book, displaying product by Family and Brand.

  4. Placing an Order Locate the item you wish to purchase by selecting it from the Online Stock Guide • Locate the item finish, then select the weight type

  5. Placing an Order The Product Detail screen will display all items available for online purchase. The display will sort by package type (package, cartons, skids, etc.), basis weight, and sheet size To check inventory, click on the item number

  6. Placing an Order The Inventory Overview Screen will show: The Item Description Your Price – displays list price unless you have deviated pricing set up by your account manager Order Information – displays the minimum order quantity for that item and the packaging information The Stock Detail – based on your location, it will show: In Stock – current inventory on the floor in your location Next Day – inventory available for next day delivery 2nd Day – Inventory delivering in 2 days Your Order Information – Enter the quantity you want – the inventory status will display. To add the item to your cart, click place order

  7. Viewing Shopping Cart • The Shopping Cart screen will allow you to review the item, add a Job Number, or make changes to the item

  8. Changes to the Shopping Cart • To delete an item, check the box next to the item number click the X, and and click update cart • Continue Shopping, or Check Out

  9. Check Out Verify Delivery Info • Customer Reference • Purchase Order number • Delivery Address • Click Next to proceed

  10. Order Confirmation • Verify that your information is correct • Click on Finish

  11. Your Order Is Entered • On screen confirmation that your order is entered into our system • Every order is reviewed by a MyMillcraft Customer Service Representative

  12.
