  3. With respect to Medical Malpractice we are able to place Limits up to GBP 10,000,000/20,000,000 or currency equivalent. We are also able to consider Directors & Officers and Financial Risks We are also able to place cover on a Reinsurance basis for both Primary and Excess Layers

We have recently put together a facility for the more ‘niche’ type of Professional Indemnity business including; Corporate Service Providers – Company Administrators, Formation & Administration of Trusts, Company Formation, Company Secretarial Services, Captive Management, Provision of Directors or Officers etc. The cover that can be provided under this facility is PI, D&O and ODL (Outside Directorship Liability) Risks can be considered on a Direct or Reinsurance basis. Cover under this facility can be provided up to Limit: GBP 1,000,000 or currency equivalent.
