Mike: Action Items Status • Finalize Test Plan • Complete, minor edits left • Want to review light, temp, and humidity tests • Carve and Gelcoat Chest Strap Mold • Incomplete • Not started; waiting for Tyler and Killian to make revisions to design (excepted completion today) • Test Lights and Order Lens Covers • In Progress • Tested lights, amber are not bright enough • Specs may be incorrect from company

  4. Mike: Action Items Status • Contact Berquist • Complete • Sending free samples of Liqui-Bond thermal adhesive for Tx PCBA

  5. Mike: Next Steps for Week 3 • Carve Chest Strap Mold & Gelcoat ~ 4 Hours • Lens covers will start week 4 after backpack shell is complete ~ 15 Hours • Order all remaining parts ~ 2 Hours

  6. Tyler: Action Items Status • Cut Model into Parts • Complete • Glue Foam Parts to Mold Bases • Complete • Gelcoat & Seal Molds • In Progress • Scheduled for today • Sand and Possibly Polish Molds • In Progress • Will be completed this weekend

  7. Tyler: Next Steps for Week 3 • Prep Mold ~ 0.5 Hours • Manufacture Shell ~ 1-2 Hours

Ben: Action Items Status • Machine Polycarbonate • In Progress • Polycarbonate arrived late tuesday but I was unable to begin machining until this morning due to other classwork • Most of the work will be done this weekend • Because of changed dimensions, we will now need 2 12"x12" sheets • All pieces are cut to size, excluding the top (insufficient material) • Create subsystem test plans for Quick connect safety and functionality • complete
