Carry out Due Diligence & get satisfied about the quality of company operations & records for past 7-8 years.

  2. CA S.B. Assawa - 9820403876 Appoint a Merchant Banker (MB) to carryout necessary formalities of SEBI SAST order & rules. Signing of SPA prepared by MB by both the parties. Purchase of shares through block deal / online / off market for qty. referred in SPA. Purchase of other shares through online / off market for balance qty. Give open offer to other share holders as per SEBI rules. Complete other formalities as per check list of MB. Takeover of all records from outgoing Management. Change of Board of Directors, Auditors & Regd. Office etc.
