Reflect Teacher Evaluation Screen Click on the [Observation #1]
Teacher Submits Lesson Plan Upload your Lesson Plan (known as an artifact in Teachscape) When artifacts are uploaded, select Submit Note: you cannot add or delete artifacts after you submit
Teacher Submits Lesson Plan Teachers can add notes to the Lesson Plan here
Teacher Review and Edit • Note that on the teacher’s workflow after it is submitted, it now has a [Review] button, and it states that the task is completed. • The evaluator will also see this message. • If the evaluator returns the Lesson Plan for revision, the teacher’s button will change back to to [Edit]
Teacher Submits Planning Artifacts Teachers can reflect on the Domain 1 elements of planning and preparation with the pre-observation form Click [Start]
Teacher Submits Pre-Observation Planning Form Submit button notifies the observer that Planning Form responses are ready for review Note: modifications cannot be made once the responses have been submitted.
Teacher Submits Planning Artifacts Upload your artifacts (documents, scanned paperwork, pictures, etc.) When artifacts are uploaded, select Submit Note: you cannot add or delete artifacts after you submit

The Observation • Once the Lesson Plan and the Pre-Observation conference are complete the formal announced observation occurs. • The administrator/evaluator collects, aligns and sores evidence gathered from the observation • At the end of this, the teacher will receive a report
The Observation Report • When the administrator/evaluatorhas completed the observation, the teacher will see that it is completed and have the ability to [Review]
The Observation Report • The • [Full Summary] • shows the teachers • element scores
The Observation Report • Clicking on drop • down arrows next • to the line of scores, • the teacher can • see the evidence • and any summary • that the • administrator has • entered
The Observation Report • Clicking on the • [Full Summary] • in the lower right • hand corner of the • page gives you a • PDF of the same • observation report
Teacher Completes Post-Observation Form Submit button notifies the observer that Post-Observation Form responses are ready for review Note: modifications cannot be made once the responses have been submitted
