  4. People Search 2010! Employee Referral Program Finders Fee After the referred employee has completed 90 days of employment, the referring employee will receive $500 for every successful hire. The reward will increase to $4,000 dependent upon the skills of the position and scarcity of those skills in the current job market. We offer the following levels of awards: Non-Exempt / Entry Level: $500 – $1,000 (Non Exempt / Skilled / Experienced) Exempt / Professional $1,000 – $2,000 Managers and Above $2,000 – $4,000 Every attempt will be made to include payment of the finder’s fee on the regularly scheduled payday, subsequent to completion of the 90 days of service Award money is subject to applicable taxes and normal payroll deductions

  5. People Search 2010! • Employee Referral Program • Rules of Eligibility • The number of candidates an employee may refer is unlimited, but a candidate may only be referred by one employee. In the case of two referrals, the earliest submitted referral will be eligible. • The employee referring the candidate will be responsible to provide the candidate with the referral form. The referred candidate must then provide the referral form to the Hiring Manager / Interviewer or HR at the time of their interview. • All referred candidates must successfully complete 90 days of employment. • Both the employee and the referred candidate must remain full-time on active payroll • Both must be in good standing with the company in order to receive the referral award • Former employees separated from the company for more than two years may be referred.
