  2. CODAC’s Campaign Culture • United Way is Our Partner • Donations • Community Resources • Days of Caring • We Are A Non-Profit: Outcomes Driven Campaign • The Campaign is a Benefit to Our Staff • New Hire Presentations Done Approximately Twice A Month

  3. Start at the Top! • Identify Team Leaders • Email from CEO • Presentation to Executive Leadership/Leadership Council

  4. Spread the Word! • Presentations at Each Site/Program During Mandatory Meetings • Bring Your CEO • Bring Treats • Bring Pledge Forms & Pens • Hand Out Community Resource Cards • Use United Way Marketing Materials & Tag Line! • Year Round Communications, Too!

  5. Give Them Ideas • Spark Their Philanthropic Side Through Sharing Ideas • United Way’s Community Impact Fund & Areas • Any Other 501(c)3 (name some!) • *CODAC SOS Fund

  6. Incentives for Participation • Everyone Who Gives a Minimum of $10 Annually (40 cents a pay period), Qualifies for a Drawing to Win: • $250 Target Card and a PTO Day • $150 Target Card and a PTO Day • $100 Target Card and a PTO Day

  7. Lunch with Executive Leadership • Everyone Who Gives a Minimum of $260 Annually or $10 Per Pay Period is Invited • Executive Leadership Serves a Catered Lunch

  8. Jeans Days – Another Way to Give • Jeans Days Are “Sold” for $5 Each • All Proceeds Go to the CODAC SOS Fund Wear Jeans and Help Others – How Cool is That?!

  9. Keep Communicating • “Did you know?” Emails • Flyers/Posters at Communal Areas • Updates on the Campaign Totals • Follow Up from Team Captains

  10. Campaign Culmination at Holiday All Staff Meeting • Ask for Last Minute Donations • End the Campaign With a Bang!
