About the SSCPT Our Mission Using an asset-based community development model, the local planning team forges relationships and works to engage residents, service providers, places of worship, institutions and government in working together to decrease barriers and increase opportunities that enhance the quality of life for people living and working in the South Sherman neighbourhood.
