  2. BELLY DANCE • BELLY DANCE: This class is designed to help women both young and mature to develop self confidence and self control through the use of exciting sensual body movements. • Instructors: Goddess of the Universe- (MenajaFice) Andrew Williams Monday 8am/6:30pm Friday 6:30pm $15.00

  3. HIP HOP DANCE CLASS • HIP HOP: This is the fastest and number one form of dance in America at the present. These classes are designed for beginners all the way to advanced performance based classes. Come learn the latest dances, learn to dance, or just have some fun and stay in shape. • Instructors: Crystal Weaks, Alshalina Rodgers, Andrew Williams Mon-Fri 5pm $10.00

  4. PRAISE/LITURGICAL DANCE CLASSES • PRAISE/LITURGICAL DANCE: These classes are designed to teach the student the proper use and form of praise/liturgical dance. This class is for groups and individuals the are interested in insipirationaldance. • Instructors: Andrew Williams Friday 7pm-8:30pm Saturday 4pm $15.00

  5. CARDIO/FITNESS AOEROBICS • AEORBICS: We provide both Low and High Impact Aerobics with great success rate for all who attend. Enjoy well placed workout routines and choreography in a PRIVATE/SECURE ENVIROMENT. Instructors: Andrew Williams, Alshalina Rodgers, Crystal Weaks Mon-Fri 9am $10.00
