Summary of MODAPS Production 12/7 • Forward Processing (C5, C4.1 LST, 5.1 Atmosphere and Greenland IST) • Terra and Aqua forward processing are at the leading edge. • There were 2 Terra maneuvers that are still under review; days 321 and 330. These may require reprocessing. • Aqua C4.1 LST is 72 days behind the leading edge. Terra C5 LST is 32 days behind the leading edge. SSTG is investigating. • Terra Atmospheres C5.1 Reprocessing • Terra Atmospheres C5.1 reprocessing has completed for years 2000-2008: • The leading edge is day 2009/003: 36x • Browse Resend Status • Data and browse files have been pushed to the PDR server for the LP DAAC. However there is a problem with generating and sending the PDRs. Problem with PDRs has been resolved.

Summary of PGE Deliveries to SDST 12/7 • Collections 5 and 5.1 • Land: • We are expecting a new delivery of C5.1 PGE86 (Burned Area). • Collection 6 • Level 1: • We have received a new version of PGE01 ( v6.0.4) . • Atmospheres: • We have received C6 versions of PGE03 (for use with LeoCat), PGE06 (pre-C6 change), PGE69 (pre-C6 change) and PGE04. • A new version of PGE06 (V6.0.12) has been installed. • A new version of PGE04 (V6.0.4) has been baselined. • New versions of PGE69 (V6.0.1), PGE56 (V6.0.1), PGE70 (V6.0.0) and PGE57 (V6.0.0) have been baselined. • Land: • We are expecting a new delivery of PGE61 (level 4 VCF) in early December. • A new version of PGE11 (LSR) has been baselined. • A new version of PGE 90 with the ozone ancillary correction has been baselined. • We have received the collection 6 versions of PGE16 (LST), PGE75 (daily CMG), PGE21 (8-day Surface Reflectance), PGE90 (AeronetSubsetter), PGE30 (Fire), PGE72 (16-day VCF) and PGE11(LSR)

  4. Summary of Science Testing 12/7 • Atmospheres Science Testing: • A science test for Terra and Aqua C6 PGE06 v6.0.12 completed and is under review. • A science test for PGE03 v6.0.11 completed. A new delivery with minor changes is expected. • A science test for PGE04 v6.0.4 (8 months of data using C6 L1b and 8 months using C5 L1b) completed and is under review. • Land Science Testing: • A science test using the C6 version of PGE03 to process all C5 land codes is expected to complete later this week. • A science test for the new PGE11 (LSR) has started for year 2006. Years 2006-2009 will be processed in time order followed by years 2002-2000 in reverse order. • A science test for PGE61 (level 4 VCF) has completed with some errors: The errors will be corrected in the next delivery. • A C6 PGE13 and PGE 72 test has completed and is under review.

  5. Summary of Science Testing 12/7 • L1 Science Testing: • A C6 PGE01 (v6.0.4) test has completed. Errors in downstream PGE90 (aeronetsubsetter) are being investigated). • A C5 PGE01 (v5.0.43) test has completed. Errors in downstream PGE90 (aeronetsubsetter) are being investigated). • A second PGE02 science test has completed and is under review. The test used land Terra and Aqua C5 codes and atmospheres Aqua C5.1 codes.
