Company Profile • Seacon and Stanton Grove are specialist Forest Products Terminal Operators with facilities in the south east and north west of England • As a part of the Seacon group it is capable of providing a fully integrated UK wide logistics service including container handling, storage, vessel operations, haulage and distribution, backed by comprehensive Warehouse Management systems • Full transport distribution services from own and partner haulage companies • Seacon and Stanton Grove specialise in working with our customers and partners to develop and deliver the most efficient and cost effective distribution networks

Arco Paper Proposals • There are currently four options proposed; these offer a variety of routes and services providing security, choice and competition: • 1.0 Direct container shipments to Tilbury • 2.0 Via Thames Port on the River Medway to Tilbury • 3.0 Via Thames Port on the River Medway to Northfleet in Kent • 4.0 Shipments to Tilbury via Rotterdam • These services could be used exclusively or together depending on the delivery profile required

Direct to Tilbury – Option 1 • Containers Direct into the Port from Shanghai, this service could be provided by Khuene & Nagel at competitive rates • Internal container shunt • Devanned and stored on 47 berth • No container storage or demurrage charges • Freeport Facility • Adjacent to key market areas

  15. Tilbury Via Thamesport Option 2 • Service with Evergreen to Thamesport • Collection of containers by Seacon from Thamesport and delivery to Tilbury • All other services as per direct service to Tilbury

Tilbury via Rotterdam – Option 3 • Containers are transhipped via Rotterdam on Samskip feeder vessels calling daily on short sea container terminal • 47 berth Terminal is adjacent to Short Sea Container Terminal allowing quick transfer of containers directly into Terminal • Expansion Capacity

Thamesport to Northfleet Option 4 • Collection of Containers from Thamesport by Seacon Transport only 15 miles meaning fast turn round and restitution of Containers • Devanning of containers at Northfleet facility • Storage and distribution from Northfleet • Bespoke Warehouse Management System • Dedicated Customer Service and Quality Management Team • Expansion Capacity

Haulage Services • Seacon and Stanton Grove can provide a full distribution service throughout the UK from individual items, single pallets, through to multi-drop and full loads. • Own fleet of modern units and specialist trailers supplemented by partner hauliers • With our Terminals location adjacent to the UK’s major population centres and connected directly to the motorway and rail networks we are able to provide unrivalled nationwide distribution services at competitive rates. • We will work with Arco Paper to ensure that our service meets the needs of their growth expectations going forward. • Our locations will provide considerable savings and delivery flexibility over distribution of paper from small pallet loads to full loads when compared to Felixstowe • No surcharges for timed or next day deliveries

Freeport and Deferment • Port of Tilbury has Freeport Status • Cargo can be held in Seacon Stanton Grove Terminal under freeport • Freeport cargo would be recorded and then on a monthly basis the record of delivered cargo submitted to HMC and VAT becomes payable • Seacon Stanton Grove can establish a deferment account on behalf of Arco Paper • There is a considerable amount of administration to be undertaken in order to establish the procedures for Freeport so this process needs to begin as soon as possible
