  2. Fast Start Bonus G5 10% G4 5% G3 5% G2 5% G1 20% Total 45% Payout Overview • Referring Customer orders pay 20% to the sponsor. • During the Fast Start Bonus (FSB) period, orders pay the upline 5 generations according to the normal FSB program.

  3. Payout Overview • After the FSB period, Orders pay upline 8 levels according to the Unilevel program with 20% being paid to the qualified Placement Sponsor. • The remaining 25% pays the upline Personal Rebate CV (PRCV) 8 levels. L8 8 % L7 7 % L6 7 % L5 6 % L4 6 % L3 5 % L2 5 % L1 1 %

  4. Fast Start Bonus G5 10% G4 5% G3 5% G2 5% G1 20% Total 45% Payout Overview • Customer orders pay 20% permanently to the sponsor via the FSB program. These orders pay the upline 5 generations according to the normal FSB program permanently.

  5. Payout Overview • Referring Customers are eligible to receive 5 generations of FSB commissions and 3 levels of Unilevel commissions from Referring Customer and Customer orders. • Referring Customers are eligible to receive 3 levels of Unilevel commissions from IPC orders. To be eligible for FSB commissions, Referring Customers must be active on a 30QV plus AutoShip Program. To be eligible for Unilevel Commissions, Referring Customers must achieve the title of IPC in the Unilevel compensation plan.

  6. Joe Referring Customer Payout Bob is an IPC or Referring Customer that sponsors Joe as a Referring Customer. This is Joe’s upline. In this example, Personal and Placement sponsors are the same. Ricky 8% Chris 7% Remaining 25% pays Personal Rebate CV (PRCV) to the next 8 levels. Anne 7% Tom 6% Mike 6% Mike 10% After 60 days(placement – paid monthly) Ed 5% Ed 5% First 60 Days (personal – paid weekly) Frank 5% Frank 5% Sally 5% Sally 1% Bob 20% Bob 20%

  7. Joe Referring Customer Payout Chris 8% Remaining percentage pays Personal Rebate CV (PRCV) to the next 8 levels. Bob is a Referring Customer that sponsors Joe as an IPC. This is Joe’s upline. Anne 7% Tom 7% Mike 6% Ed 6% Will always payout Unilevel(placement – paid monthly) Frank 5% Sally 5% Bob 1%
