This project aims to transfer European Union nuclear safety regulatory experience and best practices through the development of training and tutoring programs. It utilizes the 4 Quadrant Model and IAEA guidelines for systematic assessment of regulatory competence needs.

  14. Conclusion The past projects have developed in anevolutionary way based on QA assessment by the trainers, trainees and feedback frombeneficiaryorganisations. The results of this workshop will be used to adapt the planned Training and Tutoring project(s)
