This report discusses the outcomes of TIGER workshops and the development of pedagogy courses in STEM departments at CU-Boulder. The projects focused on creating model courses incorporating CIRTL pillars, transforming existing courses, and introducing new pedagogy courses. Data on course development, participant feedback, and departmental involvement are presented. The progress made aligns with the overarching goals of TIGER/CIRTL project, aiming to enhance STEM pedagogy in graduate departments.
