  2. SITUATION RSP-5 Conducts a USMC IRR Muster at Ellington Field, Houston, TX on 27 October 2012

  3. MISSION • Muster and screen 650+ Houston-area IRR Marines. • Educate local IRR Marines on reserve opportunities and obligations. • Provide personnel and resources to assist IRR Marines in securing veterans’ benefits. • Complete annual training requirements for RSP-5 Marines.

  4. EXECUTION/MUSTER • Conduct two IRR muster sessions (AM & PM): 0900-1200 & 1200-1500 • Allow one hour for check-in and administrative screening: 0900-1000 & 1200-1300 • Allow one hour for briefs from key muster partners: 1000-1100 & 1300-1400 • Allow one hour for interaction with muster partners: 1100-1200 & 1400-1500

  5. EXECUTION/TRAINING • Conduct Combat Fitness Test • Conduct PME (NCO, SNCO, Officer) • Conduct CoRC and Ethics Training • Conduct Annual Training Classes
