  2. Domestic Dogs! • Domestic dogs come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They have been selectively bred for thousands of years for various behaviors, sensory capabilities, and physical attributes. • Domestic dogs have been bred throughout most of their history to be one of a kind of working dog, including dogs bred for herding livestock, different kinds of hunting, catching rats, protecting humans, assisting fishermen with nets, pulling loads, watching carriages and horsemen, and as accompanying a person. • Their basic physical make-up though, no matter how modified, is that of their wild ancestors, gray wolves. Meaning all domestic dogs, from miniature Chihuahuas to German shepherds to St. Bernard's have the same traits, they are just different sizes and shapes.

  4. Golden Retriever • Description:The Golden Retriever is one of the most popular breeds in America! It is the perfect sportsman's companion. Golden Retriever are large types of dogs. It fur color is a burning gold sunset color. • Type:Gun Dog • Other Names: Yellow Retriever, Golden Flat Coat • Height: Females: 20 - 22 inches; Males: 22 - 24 inches.Weight: Females: 55 - 65 lbs.; Males: 65 - 80 lbs. • Colors:Any shades of golden or cream; from pale yellow to burning orange-gold. But neither red nor mahogany.Coat:Flat or wavy coat with a good feathering on the chest, legs and underbelly. Golden Retrievers have a double coat; a dense, water-resistant undercoat, and a thick, straight or wavy outer coat. • Country of Origin:Great Britain

  5. Lhasa Apso! • Descriptions:The Lhasa Apso usually live long, adaptable, and good in families with children. They are furry all over, and require grooming in order to keep in top coat condition. They have long drop ears and come in a variety of colors ranging in shades of gold, white, black and brown. They can be quite playful at times, and truly appear to enjoy the playfulness of their owners as well. • Type:Companion Dog • Height: 10 - 11 inches.Weight: 13 - 15 lbs. • Colors:Solid golden, sandy, honey, dark grizzle, slate or smoke; black, white or brown. All colors are equally acceptable. Coat:Their top coat is long, heavy, straight, hard and dense. They have a moderate undercoat of soft fur. • Country of Origin:Tibet
