  2. BeAScout fall enhancements • Session Objectives: • Describe and show how a Youth Serving executive will manage the leads and export in a excel format. • Describe and show how a Youth Serving executive will manage units and export in a excel format.

  3. Training Support • Presentation can be downloaded and used to train units and Youth Serving Executives: • Scouting.org/membership • Click on Youth recruitment • Print PowerPoint as “Notes Pages” to get the script for use in presenting.

  5. Log in to MyBSA Click on Membership

  6. Click on BeAScout in the far right corner

  7. Managing Units Pin: Describe and show how a District or Youth serving executive will manage unit pins and export into a excel spreadsheet
