Necessary +/- Sufficient • MEMBERSHIP must be grown and activated or engaged more explicitly to add credibility, deliver value and fund resources/advocacy and, potentially litigation • Drive selective options for coverage specific to banded needs for services of retirees/ their dependants • Legislative and Regulatory Initiatives both FED and State a key priority thru lobbing and grass roots policy initiatives • Address / resolve effective means to address Lucent's role/responsiveness • Cost containment is understood with or without L/A but many suggestions seem to be unrealistic • Expectations include LRO delivering more explicit staff and/or access to “benefit services and advice” • Positive and Extensive offers to “volunteer” from respondents
