As the CEO, he provides the effective leadership and executive insight necessary to achieve the goals of the Institute. He is the strategic thinker and executioner responsible for goals and plans formulation • Titus is a multi-disciplinary executive. He holds a bachelor degree, MBA and PhD in business management. He lives in USA where he worked as implementation and training consultant for GE for several years. In this role, he travelled worldwide for the company driving IT implementation and training strategy.
