Winners of the Metropolitan Division with a regular season record of 14-8, the Mosquitoes paced the league in scoring, totaling 8,253.3 Fantasy Points. After a first round bye, the Red Mosquitoes easily defeated Buster, Bell, Bucholz, & Bay in the second round of the playoffs to advance to the Championship game where they outlasted the Bombers in an epic 10-day match-up, 581.67 to 544.33. After dispatching a feisty Team d’Anconia in the semifinals, the Bombers met the Red Mosquitoes in the championship game. The Bombers fought hard over the 10-day final but fell to the Mosquitoes, 581.7 to 544.3. Ryan Braun, 33 HR, 111 RBI, 33 SB J.J. Putz, 45 Saves, 2.17 ERA
