  2.  There are a lot of types of flange mount bearings that you can buy from reputed dealers and use for your projects. Here is a list of all the types that you can use for different functions in a machine or a device:

  3. Radial bearings:  You can get these regular radial bearings from reputed dealers. These are the kind that are normally used in the making of all sorts of devices that need to rotate and need a radial force to help in the function, such as roller skates. The radial bearing is also known as ball bearing.

  4. Pillow block: This is a kind of bearing that is encased in a metal pedestal to be able to support a rotating shaft. The casing for the bearing is made in such a way that it is parallel to the rotation axis, making it much more stable and strong to carry out its function.
