What is a job interview? • A job interview is a personal conference that allows the employer to assess the job applicant and the applicant to assess the prospective employer.
Employers use interviews for some of the following reasons: • Allows the determination of particular qualifications or traits.. • Allows the opportunity to verbally explain the job and its duties.
