  17. Riverwood Community Church • Located in Cannon Falls on 15 acres • Steel butler building with modern style front • 12,000sq.ft. (103ft x 128ft) • Seating for 250 in main sanctuary. • Est $110 to 120 per sq/ft to build (land and parking excluded)(Est $1.5M)
