  1. To All Senior Parents: It is time to purchase a yearbook dedication page for your senior. Dedication pages traditionally include photos of your child (growing up and current) and written words of congratulations. All pages are in full color. OPTION 1: You may create your dedication online using pre-made templates at www.yearbookordercenter.com. Ramsey High School’s job number is 5273. You will have instructions to follow on the website and pay for it using a credit card. Please note that this option includes an additional fee listed below. OPTION 2: Submit your page camera-ready. You are creating the exact page for your senior, using a computer design program. Please save your dedication as a jpeg file and adhere to the sizes listed below. Submit designed pages on CD. Mail check, the bottom of this form, and CD to Mrs. Nicole Fornari, Yearbook Business Adviser at Ramsey High School, 256 E. Main St., Ramsey, NJ 07446. OPTION 3: Cut and paste your photos and words in collage format. Be aware that this method may not reproduce well in the finished book. In addition, we are not responsible for missing images that fall off your collage. This collage must be in proportion to the sizes listed below. Mail check , the bottom of this form, and completed collage to Mrs. Nicole Fornari, Yearbook Business Adviser at Ramsey High School, 256 E. Main St., Ramsey, NJ 07446. There are a limited number of ad pages available and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The prices of the ad pages are as follows: Full Page Ad: $275 (size is 8.5” wide by 11” high) / Full Page Ad Online Template: $302.50 1/2 Page Ad: $200 (size is 8.5” wide by 5.5” high) / 1/2 Page Ad Online Template: $220 1/4 Page Ad: $125 (size is 4” wide by 5.5” high) / 1/4 Page Ad Online Template: $137.50 All dedication pages are due with payment by January 15, 2013.Thank you for your continued support of the Ramsey High School Nugget!
