Replace Water and Gas Mains within project limits. • Install storm drain and improve roadside ditches to convey stormwater • Reconstruct concrete driveways from edge of pavement to right of way • Reset mailboxes. (Temporary community mailbox will be installed on Mustang Circle for mail delivery and collection during construction.) • Detour routes will be implemented to direct traffic around the construction area. Local access will be maintained for all residences. • Project updates will be posted on the Town of Hollywood Park Website: http://hollywoodpark-tx.gov/donella-street-project Donella Drive ImprovementsOther Work Items

  7. Donella Drive ImprovementsSequence of Work Contractor will first construct new water and gas mains. Contractor will then begin constructing storm sewer, reclaiming existing roadway, and paving new surface. Contractor will then grade roadside ditches and build concrete curb, driveways, and riprap. Roadway and drainage construction will start to Lorence Creek and progress towards US 281. Then, construction will move back to Mustang Circle and move towards Lorence Creek. The final steps will be placing new signage and resetting mailboxes.
